"I purchased a new Suburban this past October at Diver. Unfortunately, I scratched the front fender on the mailbox a few days ago. I contacted Diver’s Service Department to obtain a recommendation for an auto repair shop. They referred me to Classic Auto Body on Maryland Avenue. While I had never heard of this shop before I figured I would give them a try since they were recommended by your dealership. It seems too often these days, feedback is only offered when something goes wrong. I feel inclined to write this email because everything went right. Everyone I dealt with at Classic Auto Body, especially Earl, was honest, friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. It truly was a pleasure working with them. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future, or recommend them to family and friends."
